CMT TEAM TRAINING
ABOUT:
Don't miss out on this 8 week program designed for the CMT body in mind. This program will consist of weekly training sessions with you and 2-4 other CMTers. After an initial one on one assessment, with trainer Julie Stone, you will be paired with other CMTers who have similar mobility and goals as you. Each team will get customized exercises each week that will help build STRENGTH, STABILITY / BALANCE, COORDINATION, and FLEXIBILITY. Teams meet once a week at a time that works for the group.
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED:
All sessions are done on Google Meet and equipment you need will be minimal:

FAQ: should I wear my AFOs? This is 100% up to you and what you're comfortable with :) If you're still iffy about what to do, we can discuss further at your assessment.
ABOUT YOUR TRAINER:
Julie Stone is a NASM, Certified Personal Trainer who has CMT 2A. "Being a CMTer, I understand the struggles of managing your health and fitness. When you work with me, I want you to listen to your body and do what is best for it. I believe growth should be measured on a personal level and not comparative to others. I want you to strive to be the best version of you. I believe each fitness journey is unique and ever-evolving and I want to help you create goals for yourself and your lifestyle AND love your body during every step of the process." -Julie Stone

$35/session ($280 total)
Billed in 8 week increments (payment plans available)
Sessions are once a week.
